Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 Tbs chia seeds
1/4- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 Tbs coco powder
2 ripe bananas
1 Tbs honey or sweetener of choice


Directions

In a bowl combine chia seeds and almond milk. Let soak for about 15 minutes.


Slice 1 banana and mash into chia seed mixture then add coco powder and honey, mix until well combined.


Optional: microwave pudding for about 15 seconds if you would like it warm, or enjoy it chilled


Top with the remaining sliced banana and whatever other toppings you would like (homemade granola, shredded coconut, berries, etc)
