2 packages of (3 ounces each) instant banana pudding
3 cups milk
2 bananas sliced
2 cups whipped topping
Ingredients for Pie Crust
1 1/4 cups of graham crackers crushed
1/3 cup of butter
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Peel, core, and slice apples
Coat apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon
Set mixture aside
Mix flour, salt and butter until dough resembles pebbles
Add water until dough is moist and pulls together
Divide dough in half
Butter and dust a pie pan
Roll out one half of the dough to fit pie pan
Pour in apple slices
Dot apple slices with butter
Roll out other half of dough and place on top of apple slices
Wet edges with cold water and pinch together
Brush top with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 for 45 minutes
