Mom's Refrigerator Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients

Ingredients for Pie Filling

2 packages of (3 ounces each) instant banana pudding
3 cups milk
2 bananas sliced
2 cups whipped topping

Ingredients for Pie Crust

1 1/4 cups of graham crackers crushed
1/3 cup of butter
1/4 cup sugar


Directions for Pie Filling



Mix instant pudding and milk


Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping


Place banana slices on top of pie crust


Pour mixture over bananas


Use remaining whipped topping for dollops


Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours



Directions for Pie Crust



Place cookies in plastic bag


Press bag to release excess air


Use rolling pin to crush cookies


Add butter and coat crumbs


Press crumbs into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan


Bake at 350 for 10 minutes


Let pie crust cool before adding pie filling
