Why I Love This Recipe
If you want to crank up your stew a few notches, these dumplings will do it! They will magically make your stew broth nice a thick. Remember when you cook these don't touch them or they will be hard!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Cup Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
Put all your ingredients in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Drop by the spoonful on top about 30 minutes before your stew is going to be served.
Have your stew on a gentle simmer, cover pan and let cook for about 25 minutes, remember don't touch them. As they cook they puff up beautifully and will be a pillow of goodness.
I hate to admit but I eat my stew and dumplings with ketchup.!!!!
