Mom's Easy Finger Lickin Good Ribs
Serve with molasses baked beans!
1 bottle Diana® Sauce, Rib & Chicken flavour, divided 500 mL
4 lb pork side ribs, about 2 racks 2 kg
2 medium cooking onions
6-8 cloves of garlic (optional)
boil the ribs in a large pot for 45min.
Heat oven to 325. In large oven proof pot, pour Diana sauce over ribs. Coat all over with sauce, onions and garlic. Bake for 2 hrs, turning ribs over and re-coating with sauce halfway through
