MOM'S EASY ROUX
Mom's Easy Roux
This is so easy and I keep some in a mason jar in my pantry.

INGREDIENTS
- flour
- salt and pepper
- **I add a little Tony's to mine
DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredents and pour into a cast iron skillet and place in a preheated 400 degree oven. Stir every 15-20 minutes until flour is nicely browned. Allow to cool before storing. Use this in you recipes needing roux.
