Mom's Little Tarts
1 cup sweetened rhubarb sauce
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
8 small baked tart shells
Pineapple wedges and strawberries
Combine the rhubarb sauce, diced pineapple and sliced strawberries. Pile them into tart shells, cover with whipped cream and garnish with pineapple wedges and whole strawberries. It should make 8 tarts.
Fill the tart shells half full with Cream Pie filling. Cover with fruit and whipped cream as described above.
