MOM'S ROAST BEEF

Ingredients

  • Mom's Roast Beef
  • 4lb Center Cut Bottom Round Roast
  • 3 1/2 Tbs Lawry's Season Salt
  • 3 Tbs Lawry's Garlic Salt
  • 8 Beef Boullion Cubes
  • 8 cups water

Directions

  • Cook in dutch oven for 3 hours slice and cook another 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

Notes

I loved when my mom made this.. it was my absolute favorite.
