My mom has made this for my July birthday for as long as I can remember. Some fruits to shy away from are anything with a high water content, like watermelon, because the water will seep out and form a very unappealing puddle on top of the whipped cream. If you plan to try this with frozen fruits, be sure to drain well and pat dry if needed. I'd love to try this with chocolates or something, instead of fruit but I've never gotten around to it.


  • 1 tube store bought sugar cookie dough
  • 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • Lots of fresh fruit


  • Roll the cookie dough unto a round pizza pan and bake until golden brown, as per package directions. Cool completely, then top with whipped cream and fruit.
