MOM'S VEGETABLE BEEF STEW

 

  • Cooking Time: 3 hours
  • Servings: 10
  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Lean Beef
  • Water
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Tomato Soup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Peas
  • Corn

Directions

  • Brown meat in skillet
  • Drain meat and add to pot
  • Add water three inches above meat
  • Peal, cut, and add potatoes and carrots to pot
  • Add about 3 small cans of tomato soup
  • Add salt & pepper
  • Make sure all is covered with water
  • Cook for 2 hours on LOW
  • Add peas and corn
  • Cook for at least 1 more hour (the longer it cooks, the better it tastes)
  • Then serve delicious stew!
