Mom's Vegetable Beef Stew

  • Cooking Time: 3 hours

  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes
  • Lean Beef
  • Water
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Tomato Soup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Peas
  • Corn

DIRECTIONS

Brown meat in skillet


Drain meat and add to pot


Add water three inches above meat


Peal, cut, and add potatoes and carrots to pot


Add about 3 small cans of tomato soup


Add salt & pepper


Make sure all is covered with water


Cook for 2 hours on LOW


Add peas and corn


Cook for at least 1 more hour (the longer it cooks, the better it tastes)


Then serve delicious stew!
