Mom's quick sweet and sour meatballs
1lb. ground meat
1 large egg
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/8 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans of whole cranberry sauce
1 1/2 can of water
1 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Mix all meatball ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into small meatballs.
In large pot combine all sauce ingredients. Add meatballs bring to boil and then simmer approximately 1/2 hr. until meatballs are firm. Serve over rice.
