Serves | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 1 hour

1 to 1.5 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 C barbeque sauce of your choice (I always use Kraft)
3/4 sleeve Ritz crackers (mashed or crushed in pieces)
salt and pepper to taste

Spray meatloaf pan with cooking spray.

Put all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.

My Momma uses her hands to combine all ingredients.

If you want to add more Ritz or more b-que sauce...have at it.

This is a very flexible recipe and you cannot ruin it.

Pat mixture into meatloaf pan and drizzle some more b-que sauce on the top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

At about 30 minutes into cooking..I drain the grease (juices) and put it back into the oven for the remaining 30 minutes

Hope yall enjoy it as much as we have!!!!

Pairs Well With
