MOMS CHOCOLATE CARAMELS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp syrup
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Directions

  • Boil all ingredients together to a caramel.
  • When one drop is added to cold water and forms into a caramel then it´s ready.
  • Then put on a plate or in molds that have been buttered (I think your american butter spray is excellent for this) and let cool.
  • Cut in bits and fold in baking paper.

Notes

This is one of the first things my mom did with my grandmom in the Kitchen :) Then later we all did it together.
