MOMS CHOCOLATE CARAMELS
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp cocoa
Boil all ingredients together to a caramel.
When one drop is added to cold water and forms into a caramel then it´s ready.
Then put on a plate or in molds that have been buttered (I think your american butter spray is excellent for this) and let cool.
Cut in bits and fold in baking paper.
