- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 C.Shredded carrots
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 C oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1 small onion
- In a large bowl toss the cabbage and carrots and celery seed, place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour over cabbage and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
