The milk soothes the stomach and rehydrates your system AND on top of doing all of that, it tastes AWESOME!!!
- ½ a Banana
- ½ cup of milk (4 oz)
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- 2 scoops Frozen Yogurt or Vanilla Ice Cream.
- Stick all ingredients in a blender, I know terrible sound for a hangover and enjoy.
