INGREDIENTS
- 12 eggs
- 2 lbs. brown sugar
- 4 c. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 8 tsp. baking soda
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 lbs. peanut butter
- 18 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 lb. chocolate chips
- 1 lb. chocolate M&M's
DIRECTIONS
Cream butter & peanut butter; add sugars and eggs, mixing well. Mix in vanilla & baking soda. Stir in oatmeal, then chocolate chips and M&M's.
Roll into balls (I usually make about 1 1/2 to 2-inch); place on baking sheet. Press lightly with fingers to flatten slightly.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
