Monterey Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

1 lb chicken cut in strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper cut in strips
1 onion sliced
1 can cream soup
1/2 c. chunky salsa
8 flour tortillas
1 c. jack cheese


In pan brown chicken in oil. Stir often. Add pepper and onion. Cook until crisp tender and chicken is done.


Add soup and salsa. Heat through. Spoon about 1/2c. chicken mix down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and more salsa. Roll up. Enjoy.
