MONTEREY CHICKEN FAJITAS

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken cut in strips
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 green pepper cut in strips
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 can cream soup
  • 1/2 c. chunky salsa
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. jack cheese

Directions

  • In pan brown chicken in oil. Stir often. Add pepper and onion. Cook until crisp tender and chicken is done.
  • Add soup and salsa. Heat through. Spoon about 1/2c. chicken mix down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and more salsa. Roll up. Enjoy.
