Monterey Jack Salsa

Ingredients

1 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
4-oz. can green chiles
2-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 cup cilantro,chopped
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
8-oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese



Blend all ingredients except cheese together; I use a blender, but you can leave it chunky, chill. Stir in cheese or sprinkle on top at serving time.


Makes 5 to 6 cups.
