1. Butter Milk - 1 cup
2. Green Chilli - 2 nos
3. Garlic - 3 pods
4. Jeerakam - 1 pinch
5. Tumeric powder-1 tsp
6. fenugreek seeds- a pinch
7. Mustard seeds - a pinch
8. Curry leaves
>Grind garlic+jeerakam+Green chilli
>Heat oil in a pan+add mustard seeds+ curry leaves+fenugreek into it
>Add the ground mixture into the pan
>fry till the raw smell goes and allow it to cool
>add fresh buttermilk to this and add salt to taste.
>mix well and heat for 1 min in a low flame by continuously stirring.
