- Cooking Time: 1 hour
- Preparation Time:
- 8 oz pkg noodles
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 lb pot cheese
- 1 C sour cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- Parboil noodles.
- Beat egg yolks.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add pot cheese, sour cream and vanilla to beaten egg yolks.
- Blend parboiled noodles.
- Stiffly beat egg whites.
- Fold beaten egg whites into mixture.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
