Ingredients You'll Need
Add the oil in your pan stir fry the onion until colored,
Add the mincemeat
Stir fry until is cooked
Add the chopped tomatoes
Add your spices , salt
Simmer until half of the sauce is reduce
Add the parsley stir for a minute and turn of gas.
Wash and slice long-wise all your vegetables to 1 cm thickness
Fry eggplants first
Put them to a strainer for all the excess oil to be strained .
Fry sliced potatoes and lay them to cover the bottom of your tray (40cm x 24cm x 5)
Fry the courgettes
Lay the eggplant on top of the potatoes
Lay the meancemeat
Top with anary cheese.
Lay the courgettes on top
Make the béchamel.
Put the oil in a saucepan warm up
Add the flour stirring it all time,
Poring all the milk slowly without stopping to stir your mixture
Add salt, egg and your nutmeg
Stir until you have a creamy sauce
Poor the sauce on top of your mousaka
Backe in preheated oven at 220c temp.
Remove when cream is golden brown.
