MOUND BARS

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 - 7oz package flake coconut

Directions

  • Crust: Mix the above. Pat into a 13 X 9 pan (I use a 9 inch square and the bars are just thicker)
  • Bake 10 minutes at 300 degrees
  • Filling: Mix and place on top of graham cracker layer.
  • Bake 10 - 15 minutes at 325 degrees
