Mozzarella Loaf

Ingredients

1 long loaf Italian beard w/seasame seeds
1 16 oz package Mozzarella cheese
Roma Tomato Slices
Oregano


Preheat over to 400.


Cut Italian into 1" thick slices. DO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH.


Cut mozz and tomatoes into 1/4" slices. Place cheese and tomatoes between bread slices.


Bake on a cookie sheet for roughly 15 mins until cheese is melted and bread is warm.


Sprinkle with oregano.


Let people pull off pieces or finish cutting through the bread.


Serve immediately.

It sounds good but the Italian I have at home won't allow me to cut him into one inch pieces.
