MOZZARELLA STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 25 fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbs parm cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  • Chop up finely and add the garlic, breadcrumbs, cheeses, butter, parsley and salt and pepper. Mix well and stuff each mushroom cap.
  • Put on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
