- Preparation Time:
- 25 fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbs parm cheese
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
- Chop up finely and add the garlic, breadcrumbs, cheeses, butter, parsley and salt and pepper. Mix well and stuff each mushroom cap.
- Put on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
