- ¾ C sugar
- ¼ C melted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ C milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 C flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh wild blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine sugar & butter.
- Add egg & milk and beat.
- Add milk, salt, flour & baking powder, mix.
- Stir in blueberries
- Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until pick comes out dry.
