MUM’S BLUEBERRY CAKE
Mum’s Blueberry Cake
My mom made this cake every year with our first wild blueberry harvest!
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ C sugar
- ¼ C melted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ C milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 C flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh wild blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine sugar & butter.
Add egg & milk and beat.
Add milk, salt, flour & baking powder, mix.
Stir in blueberries
Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until pick comes out dry.
