Mushroom, Chicken, White Wine Pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • White wine
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Linguine or spaghetti
  • Green onions
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bacon
  • Mushrooms
  • Chicken: shredded
    •

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in olive oil


Dice onions and sautée


Add white wine and garlic


Let reduce and add salt and pepper to taste


Add sliced mushrooms and chicken


Add cooked pasta


Finish with green onions and Parmesan cheese
