6 cups of sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing from the Signature Collection
4-6 sheets Phyllo pastry thawed
1 package of 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese
Saute the mushrooms and onion in the dressing. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Set aside to cool. Coat the phyllo sheets with cooking spray and layer 1 on top of each other.
Cut into 4" squares and press into regular muffin cups so that the edges stick up and look decorative.
Fill the cups with the mushroom mixture and top with a spoonful of cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
