- 2 Slices of thick bread of choice
- 1/2 avacado
- 3-4 large field mushrooms
- 1/2 of a small wheel of Brie cheese
- Handful walnuts
Fry mushrooms in pan with some butter until soft. Place mushrooms upside down on baking tray, lay sliced Brie on top and sprinkle with walnuts, pop in oven or overhead grill until cheese looks melty. Toast bread and spread with avacado. Serve mushrooms with bread.
