MUSHROOM MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Basalmic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • A couple dashes of Worcestershire

Directions

  • Mix the ingredients together and pour over shitake or portobello mushrooms.
  • Marinade for several hours then grill or broil.
