MUSHROOM CAPS STUFFED WITH CRAB MEAT
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 T minced onion
- 7 oz crab meat, drained
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
Mix together cream cheese, egg yolks, and onion, set aside
Mix together crap, salt and mayonnaise, set aside.
Remove stems from large mushrooms. Stuff mushroom caps with meat mixture. Put one teaspoon cheese mixture on top.
Broil until golden brown.
