MUSHROOM CAPS STUFFED WITH CRAB MEAT

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 7 oz crab meat, drained
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • Mushrooms

Directions

  • Mix together cream cheese, egg yolks, and onion, set aside
  • Mix together crap, salt and mayonnaise, set aside.
  • Remove stems from large mushrooms. Stuff mushroom caps with meat mixture. Put one teaspoon cheese mixture on top.
  • Broil until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately
