2-3 potatoes, 2-3 garlic cloves
4 pieces of smoked bacon
2 spoons of flour
2 spoons of sourcream
Cut potatoes into small cubes, place in pot with water
add sliced mushrooms and bring to boil
add bay leaves and seasoning
meantime, chop the bacon pieces and cook them down until crispy
pour most of the fat nad add pressed garlic into the bacon and stir for couple of seconds. Add 2 spoons of flour and cook for 2 minutes. Addthe flour mixture to the soup and cook until potatoes are done. Add 2 spoon of sour cream.
Serve with crusty bread.
