MUTTON SOUP

Ingredients

  • • 200 gram Mutton Bones ,Washed
  • • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
  • • 1 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
  • • 1 Bay leaf
  • • 4-5 Cloves
  • • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • • 6-8 Black Pepper
  • • ½ tsp Ginger Paste
  • • ½ tsp Garlic Paste
  • • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • • 1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • • Water as required
  • • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • • Few Coriander Leaves
  • • Oil for fry
  • • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Boil mutton in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water till the 3-4 whistles. Remove mutton from the cooker and keep it aside
  • Step 2: Heat oil in a large pan put bay leaf, cloves, black pepper and cumin seeds. When it crackled, add ginger-garlic paste then Sauté onion over medium flame
