- 1 fresh hass avocado
- 5-6 chopped baby roma tomatoes
- 1 chopped radish
- 1/2 chopped white onion
- 3 TBSP chopped cilantro
- salt & pepper, fresh lemon juice to taste
- Combine all ingredients. Use the lemon wedges as garnish.
NotesSince radishes are abundant this time of year, I decided to try them as the "kick" in my guac instead of the usual Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Cayenne Pepper. Any of these ingredients can be dialed up or down depending on your flavor preference, but this is how I like it. Serves 2-3.
