MY BEEF TENDERLOIN SALPICAO

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo beef tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • skillet pan

Directions

  • add butter in a pan, then saute the garlic until slightly brown then add the beef, soy sauce , sugar and pepper....cook to the desired doneness...serve well
