- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- Couple of large scoops of French Vanilla (low fat, organic) yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Apple juice
- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries/blackberries)
- 2 TBSP Honey
- In smoothie maker or blender... put all ingredients - add more/less apple juice depending on thickness desired. Mix until smooth and serve!
NotesHave had many versions of fruit smoothies over the years in an attempt to get dairy and fresh fruit into my boys (now 16 and 18) and this is one of their favorites!
