- Elbow macaroni
- can of sliced peaches
- green onion
- Boil macaroni until just chewy. Drain peaches, reserving the juices. But in bite size pieces and add to macaroni. Chop up green onion (to taste) and add to macaroni. Thin out mayo with the peach juice a little bit and add to macaroni to moisten. Use a generous amount of black pepper and some salt to taste.
