My Spicy Chicken Lumpia
2 shredded chicken breast
1 package of lumpia or egg roll wrappers
1/2 cup bottle of BWW mango habanero sauce
1/4 cup bbq sauce
4 cups of vegetable oil
1. Cook and shred chicken remove. Add to another sauce pan add in the habanero sauce and BBQ sauce mix well and set aside.
2. Grab a wrap, add 1 or 2 of the chicken mixture fold into a lumpia or egg roll wrap brush with a little bit of water to close the wrap, repeat and continue.
3. Grab a large heavy skillet add the 4 cups of oil, add 3 or 4 rolls at a time turn until golden brown. About 3 mins each side . Remove and serve hot!
