My famous bread with egg
Nothing is simpler and delicious as a fried egg with bread, but I found it can go further: people love it

- butter
- egg
- fresh french bread
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
DIRECTIONS
warm up a pan with the butter (at the same time warm the bread at the oven)
separate and reserve the egg's yolk
fry the egg's white until it get some brown on both sides (crisp but not burned)
open the bread, remove the marrow and rub the garlic just one time on each face of the bread
now add the yolk over the white for just the time to warm it
spread some salt and pepper
and smash the opened bread over the yolk at the pan, fold it with the white and offer to your very best friend.
