MY FAMOUS BREAD WITH EGG

Ingredients

  • butter
  • egg
  • fresh french bread
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic

Directions

  • warm up a pan with the butter (at the same time warm the bread at the oven)
  • separate and reserve the egg's yolk
  • fry the egg's white until it get some brown on both sides (crisp but not burned)
  • open the bread, remove the marrow and rub the garlic just one time on each face of the bread
  • now add the yolk over the white for just the time to warm it
  • spread some salt and pepper
  • and smash the opened bread over the yolk at the pan, fold it with the white and offer to your very best friend.

Notes

Nothing is simpler and delicious as a fried egg with bread, but I found it can go further: people love it
