• Soft Creme cheese

This recipe is one of my first inventions in the

kitchen, where i first found out i have passion for

cooking.

I ordered this dish once at my favorite fancy

restaurant and i got addicted to it that I couldn't

reisist it each time!

Later on, after spending a good proportion of my salary

their, i decided to try to do it at home.

It is then that i discovered how much cooking can be

fun and exciting ! I just kept trying and guessing till i mastered it !

I'm sure you will enjoy it too, i always get woows when i prepare it for friends and family.
