Why I Love This Recipe
I have been making this Meatloaf so long I can't remember where it came from. It is easy and a favorite of my sons.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1- 8oz. can tomato sauce
1-medium onion chopped up
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 egg, slightly beat up
1 tsp prepared mustard
dash cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4+ cup ketchup
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350%
Mix all ingredients together add meat and saltine crackers last. Use your hands to mix everything together well and to shape loaf in pan.
I use a regular flat baking sheet lined with greased aluminum foil to make the fat drip out instead of absorbing into the loaf.
