My stew

I love the way my family makes brisket but gosh it's really fatty. So I came up with this recipe and love it!

INGREDIENTS

  • My version of Pot roast
  • 1 Can Gingerale
  • 1 Package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 lbs cubed chuck
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 4 potatoes chopped (bite size)

DIRECTIONS

Mix gingerale, onion soup mix, water, and ketchup into dutch oven. Brown meat and place into mixture adding the


carrots and potatoes. Cook on med-low heat 3-5 hours.
