Nacho Burgers

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken)
1 large egg
1/2 sm onion-diced fine
2 tsp garlic powder
1 or 2 tsp taco seasoning (more or less for your own taste)
1 1/2 - 2 c salsa
1 sm. can black olives
2 c shredded mexican cheese


Mix together ground meat, egg, onion, garlic powder and taco seasoning until well blended. Form into 6 equal patties, pressed until 1 inch thick. Bake 20 mins at 350 degrees. Remove and drain off burgers and return to pan. Pour salsa over burgers and sprinkle with olives and bake and additional 20 mins. Top with cheese and continue to bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
