Nacho Cheese Chowder

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cups milk
1 11 ounce condensed nacho cheese soup/dip
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Velvetta cheese
1/2 cup Mexican Velvetta cheese


In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion until beef is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat from pan. Stir in milk, soup/dip, corn, tomato and Velveeta. Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
