Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamom
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

  • Makes 50 Cookies
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Blend dough, and refrigerate over night.
  • On board w. flour roll out dough thinly only use half the dough at a time (keep remaining refrigerated).
  • Use 2 inch round cups to cut circles, 1/2 tsp of filling in center, fold over, roll up and shape into crescent.
  • Bake 10 minutes, watching carefully.
