1/2 lb cream cheese
1/2 lb butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamom
1 cup raisins
Makes 50 Cookies
Preheat oven to 400
Blend dough, and refrigerate over night.
On board w. flour roll out dough thinly only use half the dough at a time (keep remaining refrigerated).
Use 2 inch round cups to cut circles, 1/2 tsp of filling in center, fold over, roll up and shape into crescent.
Bake 10 minutes, watching carefully.
