Nana's Wine Recipe
1 Gallon of chosen fruit
1 qt cold water
3 lbs. of sugar
Pick, wash and mash fruit.
To each gallon of mashed fruit, add 1 qt of cold water.
Cover with cloth (after putting in jar) and let set for 3 or 4 days.
Squeeze and to each gallon of juice add 3 lbs. of sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Set aside covered with cloth until it stops fermenting.
Strain and sela in bottles.
