Nana's potato salad
2 lb potatoes
4 eggs hard boiled
2/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
Boil potatoes until reasonably soft.
When cool cut into cubes and put in a bowl, chop the eggs and add to the potatoes, then mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise and fold through the potato and egg mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
I find this is better if made the day before you want to use it.
