Nanc's Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic
1 small can chopped green chiles, drained
1 8 oz container sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 cups chicken, boiled then cubed
1/2 cup milk
shredded cheese
10-12 flour tortillas


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a small amount of oil in pan and saute onion and garlic until soft. remove from heat. Add chiles, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup and mix together. Set 3/4 cup of this mixture aside. Add chicken to the remaining mixture. Fill 10-12 tortillas with equal portion of the chicken and sauce mixture. Sprinkle some cheese in each one, roll up and place seam side down in a 13×9 pan. Mix milk with 3/4 cup of sauce that was set aside and pour over the top of the enchiladas. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling. Then uncover and sprinkle a layer of cheese over the top and bake until cheese is melted.
