Nation's Best Buffalo Wings
25 Large Chicken Wings
2 tblsp butter
1 tblsp onion
1/4 cup onion
1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
3 oz Franks Hot sauce
2 oz Bourbon
1/4 cup Ancho Chili Pepper
Cut wing into 2 parts.
Deep fry naked (Can be baked at 400-425 for 30-40 min. or until desired crispness)
To prepare sauce, saute all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Pour sauce onto cooked wings and shake to coat.

I don't normally watch that show but it was on one day while I was working.
This is a GREAT Buffalo Wing recipe. The longer the sauce sits, the hotter it gets. Keep in mind, all the hot ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
I double the recipe and freeze the left over sauce, it reheats great in the microwave.
