  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 6 Tbls. butter
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 3 envelopes Nestle Choco Bake
  • 3 Tbls. Light corn syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans, divided
  • 3 pints coffee ice cream (I love Ben and Jerry's Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz for this!)
  • Whipped cream


  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, chocolate, corn syrup, salt and cream over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth
  • Stir in vanilla and remove from heat
  • Cool to room temperature
  • Spread half chocolate sauce in bottom of pie crust and sprinkle with 1/4 pecans
  • Layer about half of ice cream into pie, using thin scoops.
  • Repeat, pecans, sauce, and ice cream layer once
  • Freeze until firm, about 4 hourse
  • Serve with whipped cream and any remaining sauce
