- 2 cups sugar
- 1 dash salt
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup baking cocoa
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Blend first 5 ingredients in a saucepan & boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoon full on waxed paper and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
- I like to stick a nonpareil, candy kiss or a nut of some kind on top of each one.
